The outer facing of these face masks is made from hydrophobic non-woven polyester with the inner facing in hydrophilic polypropylene between which is an exceptionally efficient meltblown polyester particle and bacterial filtration layer. The three layers are ultrasonically sealed to give high-strength seams. The white 210mm facemask has both polyurethane earloops and polyester ties and is supplied with a plastic connector clip. Sterilization is by gamma irradiation. With a shelf-life of five years, the mask is manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications and processed to ensure ISO Class 4 compatibility. One mask is individually sealed in an EasyTear polybag, complete with earloop and clip. 25 polybags are then sealed in an outer bag and a carton contains four outer bags, making 100 pieces in total.

- Constructed with a patented non-latex spacer to maintain clear breathing space, the BioClean DB Sterile Pouch-style Facemask with Neck Guard ensures exceptional breathability, comfort and protection for the wearer. The outer and inner facings of these face masks are made from non-woven spunbond polyester between which is an outstandingly efficient particle and bacteria filtration layer of meltblown polyester. The three layers are ultrasonically sealed giving high-strength seams. The mask’s fully enclosed nose-band is made from coated malleable aluminium and the headloops from tubular knitted polyurethane Spandex yarn. The integral neck guard is made from spunbond polyester. Sterilization is by gamma irradiation. With a shelf-life of five years, the “one-size-fits-all” white mask is manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications and processed to ensure ISO Class 4 and EU GMP Grade A compatibility. One mask is individually sealed in an inner bag, 20 of which are then sealed in an outer bag. A carton contains 10 outer bags, making 200 pieces in total.

- Description:
- The Profile PFM Tie-on or Looped Surgical Facemask has been specially developed to offer highly efficient bacterial filtration. The hydrophobic outer layer of these face masks repels liquids whilst the hydrophilic inner layer absorbs moisture. Both non-woven layers – with a filter layer between the two - are constructed from polypropylene and therefore latex-free to eliminate Type I allergies. The tie-on version of the mask is blue with 390mm polypropylene ties, whilst the looped version is green with 185mm nylon earloops. For medical supplies, cleanroom or PPE, both feature a fully enclosed coated malleable aluminium nose-band and offer exceptional breathability. With a shelf-life of five years, the 175mm “one-size-fits-all” mask is manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications. A dispenser box contains 50 facemasks and a carton holds 20 dispenser boxes, making 1000 pieces in total.
