The toughened anti-scratch polycarbonate lens is certified to EN 166:2001 Optical Class 1. Sterilization is by autoclave at 121°C and the protective goggles have been tested to withstand more than 40 autoclave cycles. The safety goggles are manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 certification, processed to ensure ISO Class 4 compatibility and packed in a NEBB certified ISO Class 4 (Class 10) cleanroom. Category 2 Personal Protective Equipment conforming to PPE Directive 89/686/EEC. Replacement lenses and straps are available separately. Each pair of safety goggles is sealed in a PE bag, with 12 bags per inner box. A carton contains five boxes, making 60 pieces in total; individually bagged spare lenses are available in a carton containing 100 pieces and spare straps available in a carton containing 500 pieces in bags of 25.

The universal-sized safety goggles are manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and 89/686/EEC Article 11b certification and packed in a Nextech certified ISO Class 4 cleanroom. They are processed in a NEBB certified cleanroom environment to ensure ISO Class 4 and EU GMP Grade A/B compatibility. With a three-year shelf life, each pair of protective goggles is individually sealed in a Tyvek/PE bag and 10 pieces then sealed in an outer Tyvek/PE bag. A carton liner contains six outer bags, making 60 pieces in total. The goggles are classified as Category 3 – Complex Design Personal Protective Equipment – conforming to PPE Directive 89/686/EEC.
